NZ Couriers Delivery

We currently offer home delivery within the North Island of New Zealand only.

Frozen orders placed by 10am will be dispatched Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays, via NZ Couriers for next-day delivery. We do not dispatch frozen orders on Fridays or weekends, as weekend transit delays can increase the risk of defrosting.

Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched on the next available dispatch day. Orders placed after 10am on Thursday, or anytime Friday to Sunday, will be dispatched the following Monday, excluding public holidays.

Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 5pm. Where possible, we recommend having someone available to receive your order and place it straight into the freezer.

We take care to pack frozen orders thoroughly and monitor delivery progress where possible. However, courier delays can sometimes occur outside of our control. Please keep an eye on your tracking information and contact us or NZ Couriers if you have any concerns about your delivery.

Rural Delivery

Rural deliveries may take longer than overnight and are sent at the customer’s own risk. Because of the additional transit time, frozen products may partially defrost before arrival.

Minimum Order

A minimum order of 2 units is required at checkout. This helps keep your order frozen during transit.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $85. No code is needed — simply add over $85 worth of product to your cart and free shipping will be applied at checkout.
