    Feeding Directions

    Best fed as a sole diet, alongside appropriate chews for dental health. ZooperBowl recipes are complete & balanced for adult life stages, and should not be fed as a sole diet for growing puppies.

    As a general rule, feed your adult dog 1 - 2 times per day. Factors such as age, activity level, and breed all play a part in the necessary feeding quantities of all dogs. 

    Use the feeding guidelines on pack, adjusting quantities as needed to maintain body condition. Please consult with your veterinarian or get in touch if you have specific questions about how much to feed.

    Transition gradually by mixing with your dog’s current food over several days, increasing ZooperBowl each day until it’s the full meal.

    Safe Handling

    Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in the refrigerator, do not microwave or cook. Keep raw animal products separate from other foods. Refrigerate unused portions immediately and use within 3 days.

    Shipping Information

    NZ Couriers Delivery

    We currently offer home delivery within the North Island of New Zealand only.

    Orders placed by 10am will be dispatched Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) via NZ Couriers for next-day delivery.

    Orders placed after 10am on Thursday, or anytime Friday to Sunday, will be dispatched the following Monday, excluding public holidays. We do not dispatch frozen orders on Fridays or weekends, as weekend transit delays can increase the risk of defrosting.

    Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 5pm. Where possible, we recommend having someone available to receive your order and place it straight into the freezer.

    We take care to pack frozen orders thoroughly and monitor delivery progress where possible. However, courier delays can sometimes occur outside of our control. Please keep an eye on your tracking information and contact us or NZ Couriers if you have any concerns about your delivery.
