Safe Handling
Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in the refrigerator, do not microwave or cook. Keep raw animal products separate from other foods. Refrigerate unused portions immediately and use within 3 days.
Shipping Information
NZ Couriers Delivery
We currently offer home delivery within the North Island of New Zealand only.
Orders placed by 10am will be dispatched Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) via NZ Couriers for next-day delivery.
Orders placed after 10am on Thursday, or anytime Friday to Sunday, will be dispatched the following Monday, excluding public holidays. We do not dispatch frozen orders on Fridays or weekends, as weekend transit delays can increase the risk of defrosting.
Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 5pm. Where possible, we recommend having someone available to receive your order and place it straight into the freezer.
We take care to pack frozen orders thoroughly and monitor delivery progress where possible. However, courier delays can sometimes occur outside of our control. Please keep an eye on your tracking information and contact us or NZ Couriers if you have any concerns about your delivery.
Rural Delivery
Rural deliveries may take longer than overnight and are sent at the customer’s own risk. Because of the additional transit time, frozen products may partially defrost before arrival.
Minimum Order
A minimum order of 2 units is required at checkout. This helps keep your order frozen during transit.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $85. No code is needed — simply add over $85 worth of product to your cart and free shipping will be applied at checkout.

Recurring deliveries
Your subscription will automatically renew based on the frequency and payment time of your first order. You can change your next payment date and time from the customer portal if you need a different delivery day, or get in touch with our friendly team if you’d like a hand.
Flexible frequencies
Your subscription is fully adjustable. From the customer portal, you can change how often your order recurs, update your products, or pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time.
Minimum order
Subscription orders have the same 2-unit minimum as one-off orders. This helps us keep your products properly frozen in transit, alongside our wool liners and ice packs.

Stack your savings! You’ll still save 15% on your recurring order, and subscription orders over $85 qualify for free delivery.
What happens after I subscribe?
Once your subscription is set up, we’ll send you a welcome email with access to your customer portal. From there, you can manage your upcoming orders and make changes whenever you need to.
We’ll also keep you updated by email ahead of upcoming orders, when payments are processed, and whenever changes are made to your subscription. These emails include access to your customer portal so it’s easy to make further adjustments.
What happens on public holidays?
We do not dispatch or deliver on public holidays. We will contact you before a public holiday to reschedule your subscription delivery.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a subscription payment is unsuccessful, we’ll automatically retry the payment once per day for the next three days.
Once payment is successful, we’ll prepare your order for the next available Monday–Thursday dispatch day, using NZ Couriers next-day delivery service.
If all three retry attempts are unsuccessful, that order will be skipped. Your subscription will remain active and will continue from your next scheduled renewal.
Is it hard to cancel?
Not at all. You can cancel your subscription anytime from the customer portal in just a few clicks. If you’d prefer a hand, get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
